Terms

These terms apply when you sign up for an SI JobAgent pilot or plan from SI Factory. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@sifactory.au before you sign up.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Australian dollars. Where shown as "+ GST", GST is added at payment and shown on your tax invoice.
  • You pay by card in the SI JobAgent app. Plans are charged monthly in advance until cancelled.
  • Each plan includes a number of jobs a month. When you reach it, you can move up a plan.
  • There is no setup fee. We will give you 30 days' notice by email before any price change applies to you.

The pilot

  • The pilot runs for 30 days from your setup session and covers one client profile and up to 50 jobs.
  • If you are not satisfied, ask us in writing within the 30 days and we will refund the $990 pilot fee.
  • If you subscribe to a plan, ask us and we will credit the pilot fee to your first month.

Cancelling

  • There is no lock-in contract. Cancel any time in the app or by emailing us.
  • Your plan continues to the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. You will not be charged again.
  • You can export your job records and completion packs before your plan ends.

Suspension

If a payment fails, we will email you and give you 14 days to fix it before we pause your account. We may suspend an account straight away if it is used unlawfully or puts other customers' data at risk, and we will tell you why.

Refunds and your rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Apart from them and the pilot refund above, payments for time already used are not refundable.

Using SI JobAgent

  • SI JobAgent drafts and checks paperwork. You remain responsible for the work you do, the messages you approve and your invoices.
  • SI JobAgent does not replace a SWMS, a safety assessment or the judgement of a competent person.
  • Only send us information you are allowed to share. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian state or territory where SI Factory is registered.
