Sign-up and payment happen in the SI JobAgent app. By signing up you agree to our terms. A job is one work order from intake to completion pack, however many messages and photos it takes. When you reach your plan's monthly jobs, you can move up a plan.

Billing
How do I pay?
By card, in the SI JobAgent app when you sign up. We never see or store your card details.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a tax invoice by email, showing GST.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in the app or by email. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. There is no lock-in contract.
What if the pilot does not help?
Ask us in writing within the 30 days and we refund the pilot fee. See our terms.
